Ingredients to make Fit Banana Brigadeiro:
1 ripe silver banana
2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
grated coconut (optional)
How to make banana brigadeiro fit:
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. You don't need to leave it in a very smooth puree, this brigadeiro fit will taste better if you leave a few pieces of banana.
